Post 3d mode mouse problems ****FIXED?****

Hello, this is my first post here. I would like to test a new method of posting. This is color coded so you only need to read the parts that are different colors, but for more detail, you can read the whole thing.

I'm working with Doom Builder 2. I'm using it's 3d/visual mode, and when I enter it, my mouse doesn't work. This glitch is strange because it only happens on certain times. When I first enter the program, it works fine, but any times past that, the mouse refuses to move.
I havn't had any problems like this until I got a new anti virus. When I first installed it, It deleted a lot of files from my temp folder. Could this be the cause of my problem?

Thanks.

EDIT: I think I figured out what the problem was. My virus scanner was running DB2 in it's sandbox. Could this be it?

What antivirus program are you using? Remember, AVG is one useless antivirus because it scan some program which suddenly becomes virus but another antivirus program is not! Be careful!

I was using Avira with Comodo firewall, and Comodo ran Doom Builder in a Sandbox. I ended up having to swap Antivirus's entirely

That could be the problem, yes, but this is the wrong place for this question. Read the website.
